The difference between your story and mine is the difference between limited and unlimited thinking. My world was already set in stone (more or less) and you obviously had a better imagination. There should be "think-tank" for 10 year olds to help us really peer into the future. I was 9 or 10 and my aunt gave us an Atari computer. I believed at the time that with a computer you would be able to look up anything in the world you wanted to know, and it would be right there for you. Imagine my disappointment that the WWW wouldn't be invented for another 15 years! Then I got a 300 baud modem for my phone line to use on Bulletin Board Systems (BBSs) - a new world!<br />I'll bet the Wright Brothers were not thinking about hundreds flying to a European junket on a jumbo jet.
